Refund / Cancellation Policy

  •  If you want to get a refund of amount paid by you through online portal, an application with proof of payment should be sent to the Office of Badamibagh Cantonment Board, Badamibagh Cantonment, Srinagar (J&K) – 190004 within 15 days of the payment. The decision of the Chief Executive Officer / the Board shall be final.
     
  • Badamibagh Cantonment Board (hereinafter called ‘the Board’) shall not be held liable to refund processing fee charged by payment gateway/banks/credit or debit card companies etc. during the transaction, if payment is made online, for which refund request is made.
     
  • The Board shall not be held liable for facilitating refund of processing fee charged by payment gateway/banks/credit or debit card companies etc., if payment is made online.
     
  • The Board reserves the right to amend and / or modify this Refund/Cancellation Policy at any time without notice to you and for any reason whatsoever or in pursuance of any modification in privacy legislation or subsequent legislation. It is recommended that you regularly check for updates to the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
